Drainage franchise Metro Rod is scoring better business results than ever before.

Across the first quarter of 2019, Metro Rod sales across its network have grown by 12.9 percent. It has raised an extra £9.8 million in revenues by mobilising new IT systems and providing its franchisees with a central marketing function.

These numbers follow an already high standard of success that was set last year. In 2018, Metro Rod saw a 10.4 percent increase in turnover.

Of all of its 41 franchise depots, 12 of them have produced a year-on-year growth of over 30 percent compared to 2018. It is clear to see that Metro Rod franchises are reaping the results of a growing demand for drainage solutions.

The results were announced at the drainage franchises annual meeting last month. Metro Rods parent company Franchise Brands praised the success of the business and attributed it to its Vision 2023 strategy.

Metro Rods forward momentum in Q1 has continued apace, with our franchise network growing their system sales by 12.9 percent, resulting in a record quarter said Stephen Hemsley, Franchise Brands Executive Chairman.

We are encouraged to also see that our B2C brands, ChipsAway, Ovenclean and Barking Mad [all of which are part of the Point Franchise network], have had a positive start to the year and that franchisee recruitment has improved.

With this proven track record of success, it is no surprise that Metro Rod franchise opportunities are being snapped up fast.

You can start your own winning Metro Rod franchise for a minimum investment of £25,000. The company can help you to finance that start-up capital by leveraging its close relationship with major UK banks.

Metro Rod is looking for franchise partners all across the UK. If you are interested in joining this trailblazing brand, you can find out more information here on Point Franchise.
