The franchise is part of the Metro Rod brand and provides expert emergency plumbing services to commercial and domestic clients all across the UK. The plumbing franchise was launched in 2016 as an offshoot of established franchise Metro Rod, as the company recognised the need for a company that specialised in offering emergency plumbing services. Much of the work carried out by Metro Plumb franchisees is in the emergency insurance industry, as its skilled and hard-working engineers attend calls 24/7/375 to ensure that no burst pipes, damaged toilets or faulty waste traps are left to disturb customers longer than is absolutely necessary. It also offers bespoke commercial services to help business clients deal with their plumbing needs at a surprisingly affordable rate.
To join the Metro Plumb family, you’ll need to have practical experience in plumbing or have completed NVQ level two training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge to help its clients and manage your team. However, no prior experience running your own business is necessary, as the franchise provides a comprehensive training programme for all of its new franchisees to ensure they know everything they’ll need to before launching their business. Continued support will also be offered after the grand launch to ensure that queries or worries are addressed no matter how far into your franchising journey you are.
