This starts with a 3-day HQ training session. It is a chance for us to meet up and go through the core details of your business, such as financials, recruitment, sales and the technologies we use to deliver our workshops.
Subsequently you will get your training delivered in your area, with you, live. There is simply no substitute for seeing the many processes and procedures we have in our business conducted live. And the best bit is, by doing this we create sales and opportunities for you in your area. Additional training is provided at regular intervals, both virtually and face-to-face, to ensure you’re always up to date with the latest business advances.
Marketing

Technology

Streamlining the booking system and minimising workload, parents can sign children up for a workshop directly from the website, without having to consult the school or a code coach.
Training videos and other resources are available to help you get to grips with the system and ensure the smooth running of workshops, and our support team will always be on hand to assist should you need it.

Since our inception in 2014, we’ve trialled and tested different technologies to ensure we can deliver consistency high levels of sessions. We provide this for your initial sessions and continually advise and provide equipment with you to allow you to scale your business.

Recruiting your own staff can be daunting. Do you go for the IT enthusiast, or the person with the most teaching experience? There are many amazing people that can be a Code Coach. With our staff induction training program you can efficiently onboard staff and ensure your team feel supported in delivering their sessions.
