Point Franchise is delighted to welcome Avant Healthcare to its vast and varied network of franchises. With more than two decades of experience behind it, the multi-million-pound care business offers a tried and tested business opportunity that has huge potential for success. The woman behind Avant, Sally Graham, started her own business in 1996 as a humble but ambitious franchisee. She grew her business quickly and soon established a multi-unit business spanning an amazing nine territories. Her success didn’t go unnoticed and she sold her business to one of the UK’s leading home care companies in 2010, leaving her with the capital and time to work on a new venture. So, Avant was born and alongside Deepa Dungar, operations director and trusted colleague for over a decade, and highly experienced care industry franchisor Mike Horgan, they make up the head office team that will support ambitious new franchisees.

Avant’s innovative business model allows franchisees to achieve maximum growth on their business, as they’ll develop a central office to manage their first territory before adding more territories and growing their team. The home care franchise is dedicated to ensuring the right people offer its services, meaning its franchisee selection process is robust and designed to find those who are truly passionate about offering excellent care to their community. Avant’s aim is to grow with quality franchisees, rather than amassing lots of locations quickly, ensuring its core values of providing trusted, nurturing care are never compromised.

Each new franchisee will receive lots of support along their journey, including initial training, access to franchisee forums and an annual conference and advice on how to recruit excellent staff.
