Avant Healthcare is celebrating seven years since it was founded and is looking ahead to a prosperous future.

Avant Healthcare founder Sally Graham is celebrating seven years since she made the decision to set up the healthcare franchise and had revealed how her extensive experience in the care industry has allowed her to offer an exceptional franchise opportunity.

Sally set up her first healthcare franchise 23 years ago in 1996 and quickly grew her business to have more than nine territories and a turnover in excess of £12 million. Speaking about her first business venture, Sally said:

I knew that my expertise as a franchisee would be valuable in helping other caring, business-minded people to start their own care services businesses, so I sold my franchises to one of the UK's top five homecare services companies and in 2012 founded Avant Healthcare Services.

She explained how her unique career background as both a franchisee and franchisor allows her to offer tailored advice to franchisees who join Avant.

Avant franchisees get the benefit of my seven years experience running the company, plus my earlier experience as a successful franchisee - a combination that most care services franchises cannot offer. At Avant we understand the challenges that franchisees in this sector face - and how to overcome them to grow a thriving business that makes a genuine difference to your community.

Sally revealed that part of the role of the head office team is to ensure that your business is launched smoothly, assisting with everything from branding, operational systems, legal restrictions and requirements and business development to allow your operations to grow.

We also help you recruit and train your staff team - one of the biggest challenges in the care sector - and ensure you are kept up to date with policies, procedures and care sector legislation, added Sally.

She concluded by saying:
Care franchising requires a true partnership between franchisee and franchisor. Our seven years of experience, plus my experience as a successful franchisee, means the Avant team knows how to help you succeed, because between us weve spent decades growing businesses just like yours.
