Winning at both the British Claims Awards and the Modern Claims Awards has strengthened our drive to keep raising standards and making a genuine, positive difference for customers and communities across the UK.
Recognised for Outstanding Service to Policyholders
The British Claims Awards, held at the impressive Leonardo Hotel in London, brought together leading organisations across the insurance sector. The atmosphere was buzzing as the industry celebrated achievements in excellence, innovation and customer care.
Standing alongside fellow finalists The Alternative Accommodation Agency, FM, Purbeck Personal Guarantee Insurance, Tysers, and Zurich Insurance, we were delighted to take home the award for Outstanding Service to Policyholders. This recognition reflects the core values we live by: integrity, inclusion, accountability and a firm commitment to putting customers first. It acknowledges the responsive approach and high-quality repairs we provide, along with the trust and reassurance we work hard to build during difficult times.
As a national loss assessor and building repair network, we’re here to support clients through some of life’s most stressful moments — whether recovering from a fire, storm damage, or a complicated leak. By handling all communication with insurers and managing the entire repair process, we aim to ease pressure, save time and help bring claims to a swift resolution.
Awarded for Giving Back to Charity
Our second win of the year came at the Modern Claims Awards, held at the iconic Rum Warehouse in Liverpool. The event showcased the depth and diversity of the claims sector, with a strong focus on collaboration and inclusion.
We were honoured to win the Giving Back to Charity award among strong finalists including Aviva, Insurancewith, QuestGates Ltd, S&G Response, and Ansvar Insurance. This accolade means a great deal to us, as social responsibility is woven into our culture and everyday work.
Our support for the Ivison Trust, a national charity dedicated to raising awareness and advocating for policy change to better protect victims of child criminal and sexual exploitation, is a vital part of this commitment. In an area where vulnerability can overshadow hope, we’re determined to help create opportunities for empowerment and meaningful long-term change.
