History of Concept Claim Solutions

Concept Claim Solutions was established over two decades ago with a clear mission: to advocate for policyholders navigating the complex world of property insurance claims. Since then, we have evolved into a national brand recognised for integrity, excellence, and innovation in claims management.

Our model was born out of necessity — too many property owners were being underpaid or denied fair settlements by insurers. We stepped in to represent the insured party and deliver full end-to-end claims management, from initial assessment to final restoration.

Today, Concept operates under the leadership of Michelle Mellor (DIP CII), President of the Chartered Insurance Institute, reflecting our deep-rooted industry credibility. We continue to set the standard in ethical, customer-focused claims management across the UK.
