Franchising details
Become part of the UK’s longest established claim solutions franchise network assisting property owners in their time of need.
About Us
This FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) authorised franchise is highly recession proof, as its franchisees provide an essential service. Sadly, property damage happens regardless of the circumstances, and claims in the UK add up to a whopping £3 billion every single year. Financial Ombudsman complaints have also risen by 42% year on year, showing that insurance customers are having a harder time settling complaints to their satisfaction.
The figures also show that there’s a vast gulf between what different insurance companies are willing to pay out. Some have an average pay-out of just £1,250, while others are far more generous at £11,250, so the provider you choose could make all the difference.
But policyholders don’t simply have to accept what their insurance companies tell them.
As their official point of professional representation, you’ll help your customers through a difficult and stressful time, and could earn a six-figure income while you do so. The best bit? You won’t charge your customers a penny, as you’ll get paid by insurance companies. What’s more, Concept Claim Solutions is the only franchise of its kind to continually earn a spot in the prestigious Elite Franchise Top 100 ranking.
What does a Concept Claim Solutions franchise look like?
Concept Claim Solutions franchise partners operate as claims managers, overseeing building policyholders’ property damage insurance claims. You’ll take the stress of handling claims off your clients’ shoulders, and liaise with the insurance company and other trusted professionals on their behalf. Once repair work has been agreed, you’ll become project manager and ensure skilled professionals are brought in to complete the job quickly.
You may work with elderly or vulnerable clients who are concerned about being misled, or handle claims for busy professionals, to get the best possible result. A Concept Claim Solutions franchise can be operated from home, so franchisees won’t need to find extra budget for costly office premises. And as you’ll operate in a management role, you won’t have to get your hands dirty actually carrying out the complex repairs.
