French wine franchise network CAVAVIN has announced an exciting partnership with the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles (CMB), one of the world’s most prestigious wine competitions. The collaboration reinforces CAVAVIN’s mission to make the best of global winemaking accessible to its customers. As part of the initiative, the brand’s experts joined international tastings in China and will bring award-winning selections to stores this October during its “Wines of the World” month.

The Concours Mondial de Bruxelles has been a trusted benchmark in the global wine industry since 1994. Every year, over 15,000 wines are evaluated by 500 professional tasters representing 50 nationalities, all under strict blind-tasting conditions that ensure fairness and credibility.
Its itinerant format has taken the event to Italy, Spain, China, Mexico, and beyond, cementing its reputation as an international showcase for excellence. With fewer than 30% of entries receiving medals, the CMB is a symbol of quality and precision admired across the wine world.
CAVAVIN experts take part in the tastings
CAVAVIN’s involvement in this year’s competition highlights its growing global presence. Market Manager Alexandre Giffard and Wine Merchant of the Year Ismaël Boehrer travelled to Yinchuan, China, where they joined professional tasting panels to assess an array of wines from around the world.
