January 2022 – two established brands, Toni Loco and THE BUTCHER, will join forces on the ‘Dining Plaza’ in The Westfield Mall of The Netherlands. These two concepts are connected restaurants in a world of flavour. THE ENTOURAGE GROUP offers the best of both worlds. Mouthwatering 50 - centimeter Italian-American pizza’s from Toni Loco and the best bloody burgers from THE BUTCHER.
For the first time after 13 years, THE ENTOURAGE GROUP branches out to another Dutch city outside of Amsterdam and set foot in The Hague. Two favourite local eateries combined into one fast-casual dining experience. Founder and owner of THE ENTOURAGE GROUP Yossi Eliyahoo, together with the group’s CEO Stephanie Pearson, continue to revolutionise modern hospitality with their latest endeavour, within this encompassing retail experience of this scale in the country.
TONI LOCO is that energetic friend who is always there to satisfy you. With authentic New York-Italian style pizza that never compromises on flavour or quality. Featuring authentic 50-centimetre pizza made with a characteristically large hand-tossed thin sesame crust, in wide slices. Toni only chooses the best ingredients and strictly by-the-book authentic toppings with fresh tomato sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese. Be delighted in firm favourites, like The Original, Bianca, Olivio, Rosa, Popeye and Pepperoni, each fully customizable with a selection of authentic toppings.
THE BUTCHER since 2012, has had an established long-standing reputation for full-service, haute fast food in Amsterdam and beyond (Germany, Spain & United Kingdom). THE BUTCHER never compromises on quality, all bloody delicious burgers are prepared on the spot with the best ingredients. They’re made exclusively with the best grade Aberdeen Angus beef and topped with herbs and fresh vegetables inside a homemade brioche bun. The menu consists of all THE BUTCHER classics: the glorious ‘THE BUTCHER’ Angus beef burger, the notorious ‘The Ugly’, The burger without a bun, ‘THE VEGGIE DELIGHT’ and ‘THE BUTCHER’s Wife’s Favorite’ chicken burger. But, it's not only burgers – a variety of popular side dishes can be enjoyed as well.
In the middle of the ‘Dining Plaza’ Toni Loco and THE BUTCHER share a restaurant-island, where other brands offer their product in a kiosk. Architect Pieter Kool, who took care of the design, chooses an elaborate environment with clear and bold architectural statements that proved to be both very recognizable and true to the Toni Loco and THE BUTCHER aesthetics. The key elements for Toni Loco are the custom developed concrete wall tiles, lighting fixtures and kitchen outfit, but most strikingly, the XXL PIZZA letters on the canopy of the restaurant. The letters span the entire 16-meter length of the canopy. THE BUTCHER has a similar set-up, but the walls are covered with the signature Butcher graphic-printed wall tiles and large Butcher portraits on the canopy.
