One experience, in particular, had a lasting impact. While responding to a critical incident where a young man sadly lost his life, Tim followed all the right procedures and gave immediate support. After leaving the police, Tim invested in a franchise with the world’s largest business coaching firm. He trained under industry leaders such as Marshall Goldsmith, Seth Godin, and Verne Harnish, gaining the tools and frameworks to support businesses in a practical, structured way. From there, UK Growth Coach was launched, a business built around clear strategy, accountability, and results that actually matter.
