Franchise Brands Names Peter Molloy Group CEO to Lead Ambitious Growth Plans
Franchise Brands has promoted Peter Molloy to Group CEO to support the Group’s robust growth plan.

Peter Molloy has been named the first Group CEO of Franchise Brands, marking a new era in its growth strategy. Molloy, who joined Metro Rod more than 20 years ago and was CEO of the Water & Waste Services division, will now lead the Group’s integration and business expansion efforts. His division, which includes Metro Rod, Metro Plumb, and Filta UK, has been instrumental in developing the Group’s drainage and water management services for commercial clients.
Franchise Brands has grown significantly in the past two years, with system-wide sales reaching £400m across the UK, North America, and Europe. In his new role, Molloy will focus on delivering a customer-first growth approach, streamlining operations, and supporting franchisees as the company considers listing on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
