Gareth’s story is particularly compelling because of the unique perspective he brought to the decision

Before joining Access4Lofts as a franchise owner, Gareth actually worked for another Access4Lofts franchisee, so he had a genuine insider’s view of how the business operates day to day. He watched how efficiently everything ran, and saw first-hand just how strong the demand was for the work. He witnessed how accessible and achievable franchise ownership was, even for someone without a traditional business background. By the time he was ready to make his move, the decision really did make itself.

What’s really fascinating is that Gareth is not the first Access4Lofts employee to make that transition, either…in fact, he’s the 5th!
