Yo! Sushi’s success is recognized by both customers and experts alike. We have received the highest sustainability award from Fish2Fork for our use of only albacore and yellowfin tuna. Our special Tofu Katsu Curry has also won PETA’s Vegan Food Awards last 2015. Lastly, Yo! Sushi is also proud to be one of the first restaurants to introduce the traffic light color coding system, which is to give our customers better control over their nutritional intake. As we always stand at the forefront of innovation, we are also seeking to improve and expand our restaurant chain all over UK and looking for Franchisees to join our success.

We will provide training workshops for the Franchisee, General and Project Managers, and for the Head Chef. An on-site visit from us will surely smoothen your flow of operation. We will provide support services, such as In-house design, staff training, Operations, and Project sourcing. Team members can expect a whole week of training and Managers can expect a month of training. We will train you for Promotions and Marketing strategies as well. Rest assured that Yo! We are looking for interested franchisees who wants to share our dream, and is focused on the long-term benefit and success. A capital investment of £250K - £550K is needed for a single store, but interested multi-site operators can prepare up to £1 million investment for 5 units in 5 years. It is also ideal that the interested franchisee has the basic know-how on Japanese cuisine, a knowledge in the culinary industry would be a plus; although not necessarily required, since we are willing to provide necessary training for our franchisees.

Our success began in January 1997, when Simon Woodroffe opened his first restaurant in London. Within six years, the company incredibly managed to open 12 restaurants locally, and another in Dubai, UAE. BY 2010 over 50 company-owned restaurants have been opened; and at present we have over 100 restaurants serving across the globe.
