From that day onwards, every time that you enter our coffee shop, you will find a beautiful environment, friendly staff and products made with love.

What is Acai

The açai (ah-sigh-ee) berry is an inch-long, reddish, and purple fruit and an exotic relative of blueberries and cranberries.

It comes from the açaí palm (Euterpe Oleracea), a native tree to the Amazon Forest in Brazil. The açaí grows in most of the Amazon, and it will bring you incredible benefits.

This antioxidant-rich fruit has for centuries has been known as a healing, immune-stimulating, and energy-boosting fruit.

Our Menu

The foundation of our menu is our tasty and refreshing açai bowls and açai fruit mixes. For our bowls, we take our brand of açai and blend it with banana, topped off with the customer’s choice of toppings from fresh fruits, seeds, superfoods, homemade nut butter and our own brand of crunchy granola. 

The Instagram perfect fruit mixes have a base of premium Greek yoghurt or homemade coconut chia pudding, then a layer of two fruits and one choice of seeds all topped with our refreshing açai.

We added freshly made salads and sandwiches and cheese buns, which gives our customers a diverse menu with the ingredients sourced with as much love as our açai.

What is a coffee shop without coffee? We have partnered with an incredible roastery in Dubai which sources their beans from Brazil and roasts them in Dubai. After tasting many cups of coffee from many suppliers, we believe this is the best tasting cup of coffee.

Training and support provided

Training

Our training team have developed a training program broken down into two phases.

The first phase of the fourteen-day training program is seven days at The Açai Spot head office and in a company-owned store. In this phase, the franchisee and up to two designated attendees will learn about the brand in detail.  Learn the systems to manage and operate a store efficiently. You will also learn the tried and tested sales and marketing techniques to promote The Açai Spot brand in your local market.

The second phase of the training program is on-site in your brand-new store. Experienced trainers from The Açai Spot will spend time with your team for seven days. They are there from the commencement of operations to support you in all aspects of running your new store and guide you through the first few days of operations.

Don't worry. We don't leave you there. Our development team will be carrying out future visits to ensure everything is going well with your business and give refresher training.

Ongoing Support

Operational

The Açaí Spot provides ongoing training and support in many areas critical to the success of the franchisee’s business. Including unit operations and maintenance, customer-service techniques, product ordering, suggested pricing guidelines, and administrative procedures.

Site Selection

Before approving a site for The Açaí Spot outlet, The Açaí Spot development team provide franchisees with clear guidelines for a suitable location. The Açaí Spot will require franchisees to follow these instructions to ensure the selection of an appropriate site.

Development

Product development never stops. The development team at The Açaí Spot is constantly researching methods and techniques to optimise operations (including purchasing and promotional schemes) to enhance unit-level profitability.

Our franchisees need to have the necessary capital to invest in setting up their franchise outlet. Be financially stable and not to be just looking for short-term ROI. Be willing to expand into more units if the opportunity is available.
