Tezlom are a UK wide Healthcare recruitment agency that specialise in the recruitment and placement of multiple different healthcare professionals

Working with us, you will play a crucial part in supporting nurses, support workers and healthcare assistants to find meaningful work in the UK.  You will support a number of different healthcare providers covering private, and public healthcare establishments including:

  • specialist and non-specialist nursing homes
  • supported living services
  • critical care services
  • mental health hospitals and much more.

Training and support provided

We will make sure you have everything you need from day one. Well help you choose the perfect location for your office and support you in making it look the part from decoration to equipment. With our comprehensive on boarding process, well leave no stone unturned to ensure you have the best possible start with your franchise.

Initial training 

It doesn’t stop there, when you’re ready to go, you’ll be invited to our head office for 3 days of face-to-face training to cover everything from compliance, systems, recruitment process, payroll and business development. This will be delivered by our own team members to make sure we have got it right and you have the support you need to get going and beyond.

After your initial 3-day training course, well get you straight into the next 10-week course that will be a mixture of us coming to you for face to face training and some virtual stuff too. The support will continue throughout your franchise agreement with us, with lot of development days, training sessions both virtually and in person and you’ll have full access to our very own Tezlom Academy, a 24 hour learning management system that contains:

  • everything you need to keep up with the latest marketing
  • social media posts
  • training and development content
  • legislation and guidelines.

It also covers every aspect of our business model to help keep us on track. As part of your agreement with us, you will have full access to our integrated CRM system to gain access to a database of clients, leads to help with your business development, management of your agency workers and their payroll.

Mental health and wellbeing

We’re not just about the work, though. We have a ‘My mental health and wellbeing’ section in our academy that can help with the learning curves of launching a new business. Everything from physical and emotional support, yoga, breath work and cold-water therapy sessions. If you’re not running on a full tank, neither will your franchise.

Daily Life of a franchisee

You’ll need to be able to operate in a fast paced environment and spin multiple plates. You’ll want to create and foster an amazing culture for your people that will be ready to support your agency workers and clients to give their best possible support to the vulnerable. We don’t do egos here.

You’ll be responsible for reviewing and interviewing candidates to match them to your clients needs. You’ll make sure the relevant due diligence has been completed across employment checks, right to work status and DBS applications and references. You’ll be great at building relationships that will help you make sure you’re putting the right staff, with the right skills to every one of your clients

Family run business to a  national network

Tezlom was established in 2008 as a small family run business, over the last 13 years we have grown to be a -national franchise network throughout the UK. We have multiple territories available and will be looking to make the move internationally within the next 18 months.

Every franchise is owned independently by its directors and operates under the Tezlom model via a franchise agreement. You will be supported throughout with everything you will need to make your franchise a success from initial set up, to systems training and sales support.
