The ideal Snappy Tomato Pizza franchisee
Experienced operators
We want to hear from you if you already operating, or have had experience of operating, an independent fast food business with:
- a good understanding of the demands of the business.
- commitment to high standards of cleanliness and menu quality.
- you recognise the importance of being part of a branded operation.
- you enjoy the freedom and independence of owning your own business.
- want to find a lower cost online ordering facility that allows you to keep more of your hard earned sales that you pay to services such as JustEat, Deliveroo, Uber Eats etc
No fast food experience
We still want to hear form you if you don't have any experience in the sector but you are attracted to the Snappy Franchise model. It is difficult to put an exact figure on the level of investment involved as every store will be different but to start from scratch with an empty store will require £25,000 to £30,000 for equipment and depending on the premises anything from £15,000 to £40,000 for shopfitting and utilities and the initial £5,000 Franchise fee with an additional £5,000 working capital to cover opening and launch expenses.
Energy and determination
Age is really not a very important factor in either case - most important is personality and physical condition - this business is very demanding and requires a high level of physical fitness and stamina as well as:
- a friendly and smiley personality
- self belief
- determination and energy
- ability to enthuse and motivate your team to want to be the best in what they do.
Snappy Tomato Pizza's history
Background
The first Snappy Tomato Pizza store opened in Fort Mitchell, Kentucky, USA in 1977. In 1987 the first UK store opened in Hayes, Middlesex.
In a street full of pizza logos and brands the ‘Mr Snappy’ character is a stand out winner. Snappy also created the original party Pizza - ‘The Beast’ it’s perfect for all sorts of occasions when you need to feed ten or more people.’The Beast’ pizza always causes a stir whenever it appears to feed sports teams, staff meetings, birthday parties etc.
The future
We are planning a major expansion programme and are interested to meet potential Franchisees who have the determination, commitment and entrepreneurial approach. There is a list of towns and cities where we are targeting this first major phase in our expansion programme - Why? the reason is simple - we are already delivering to towns and cities along these major routes so we can maintain an effective support network as we are already servicing stores on these routes.
