We are a global company that runs before and after school clubs and holiday activities for primary school-aged children. We offer safe, structured, engaging, fun activity based programmes ranging from arts and crafts, to music and drama, sports and games, cooking and technology. We hold activities that are tailored to fit in with the individual requirements of school and their curriculum while adhering to early learning frameworks. Most of our activities are based on specific themes such as circus, recycling, sporting events and space.

You will have a huge role in helping kids increase their confidence and watch them develop and learn. As one of our franchisees, you will have an opportunity to gain high rewards and join a strong and award winning team. The most important thing is that you will be part of something big and make a difference in your community.

To make new franchisees successful with their business, Sherpa Kids will take care of their training as well as other assistance. Before the opening of the site, the successful franchisee will be required to attend a 7-day intensive training which covers technical operations and business management. Ongoing training, mentoring, and coaching will also be provided. Our franchisees receive an operations manual on regulatory compliance, HR, Marketing, Administration, Business Operations, Finance, On-Site policies and procedures. New partners will be trained and have access on the online platforms for business administration. As a franchisee, you will be provided with a strong networking base with other business owners.

Franchising with Sherpa Kids is not only financially but also emotionally rewarding. However, not everyone will be given a chance to be part of this noble venture. The ideal franchisee we are looking for should have the passion to work with kids and has the ability to grow their business. To start with a Sherpa Kids franchise, a license fee of £15,000 plus VAT is required. This is for exclusive rights to a certain territory. There is also an ongoing royalty fee of 11% of turnover per month plus 2% of sales contribution to Group Marketing Fund.

Sherpa Kids was established in 1996 in New Zealand. It started operations across New Zealand and Australia. In the UK, we are highly regulated by the Office for Standards in Education (OFSTED). In the UK, we currently have 12 franchises operating in 14 schools servicing more than 2800 families.
