We offer to buy, sell, and manage properties of various individuals and businesses —simply put, we place people where they belong. We have a low investment fee of only £30,000, and this can be financed through our partner Natwest Franchising. Experience in real estate is an advantage, but not mandatory. Overall, we are looking for people who can commit to becoming a Reeds Rain franchisee on a full-time basis.

Here at Reeds Rains, we believe that our franchisees are the secret to our success; as such, we provide them with all the needed training and support. Franchisees will participate in our comprehensive training programme tailored to immerse them in our proven business model. This includes sales techniques, technology, operating procedures, and marketing. We operate five training centres nationally, so we'll assign you to the most convenient centre. We'll also be providing the necessary online platforms, software tools, a completing marketing programme, and everything needed to get the business starting.

The company was founded in 1868 by Samuel Rains under the name “Samuel Rains and Sons.” By 1976, we had already begun expanding and the name was changed to Rains Reeds —the name we use today. In 2005, we were purchased by LSL and have already extended into foreign territory.
