All franchisees will participate in the 3-days initial training programme to be held in our head office in Yorkshire. The programme will consist of the introduction to the PetStay business, technical training and set up, how to recruit the right carers, perfectly matching dogs and carers, how to set up social media accounts, promotion, and how to operate the PetStay booking system. Training and support doesn’t end after your grand opening, we provide unrivalled support to franchisees throughout the duration of their business —especially during their first year. PetStay was founded in 2005 when Carole Davy needed someone to attend to her 2 furry friends, but saw that there was no dog boarding service at the moment. This inspired Carole to run her own dog boarding service; more than a decade later, the company still holds the same principles.
