About OINK
Franchise

Start a franchise through OINK and be a part of the exciting growth of this recession-proof food franchise. Build up your own business while receiving expert support from a rapidly expanding franchise with nearly two decades of history.

The OINK franchise has been developing through hard work and innovation for years, finding out the best equipment and where it comes from while choosing the right prices and perfecting the branding. The OINK business wants to share its expertise and delicious food with all of the UK, but micro-managing staff from all over the country isn't their forte. Franchising was the obvious move, and OINK are looking for passionate, hard-working franchisees who will uphold the company ethos.

The endless hunger for food franchises

Franchises in the food sector, particularly 'food-to-go' like the OINK brand, are extremely popular. It may surprise you to learn that many of the most popular outlets of brands known across the globe are actually owned and run by hard-working private individuals. The food sector is as close as it gets to being 'recession-proof', and there will always be people who want a good meal.

Hog roast food is a popular eating option for people everywhere, and it offers great flexibility for the menu of an enthusiastic franchisee. The opportunity in this industry is exciting, and OINK wants to find the right franchisees to share in that potential.

Training and support provided

The good people at OINK are determined that their brand grows in a way that fits their business model and brand promises, so they are eager to provide training and support to franchisees. They have worked with franchise consultants to develop the programme, and will provide ongoing support and training as their franchisees grow their outlets.

With OINK, you get to learn from seasoned veterans of the pig farming and food services industries. You will have a mentor relationship with people who have all the know-how to grow into a prosperous business, so you are in good hands.

The ideal OINK franchisee

With an OINK franchise, you can build your own thriving food business and be your own boss in a prosperous industry. OINK are looking for people with a passion for food, who are hard working and committed with an ambition for success. They need franchisees to be people oriented and organised, who can manage their finances well and communicate effectively. And, of course, they need people who are able to learn and follow the OINK business model.

The good people at OINK are waiting to hear from people who meet those criteria, so that they can discuss the franchising opportunity and get the ball rolling.

OINK's history

OINK came into existence in 2008, when pig and sheep farmers Adam Marshall and Sandy Pate pooled their skills to set up the first restaurant in Victoria Street, Edinburgh. The franchise idea came later, and if you want to learn more you can get in touch with the team and they will send you a copy of their prospectus. This doesn't enter you into any kind of agreement, and you won't be pestered for some kind of response. Just have a look through it and see if it would be a good fit for you.
