Your Mortgage Plus has recruited its very first Scottish franchisee as part of an ongoing expansion project.

The mortgage broker franchise is thrilled to announce the appointment of Lorna Black, who will launch her very own business in Aberdeen. Back in September, Lorna approached Your Mortgage Plus to find out more about its franchise opportunity. She was interested in starting a new career in residential mortgage and insurance broking, and keen to learn more about the franchise model.

Having sat down for a discussion with the business’s development team, she decided to take the plunge. Despite a highly challenging few months, Lorna has been able to complete the training scheme offered by Your Mortgage Plus, developing the necessary skills to process leads and operate within the Financial Conduct Authority’s guidelines.

The dedicated franchisee wasn’t put off by the second UK lockdown, and worked hard to pass her final CeMap exam so she could get started as a Your Mortgage Plus business owner.

The franchise is incredibly proud of Lorna’s achievements so far, and can’t wait to see how she develops her business over time. Now, she’s well on the way to supporting the people of Aberdeen and helping them make life-changing financial commitments.

Everyone at the franchise wishes Lorna the best of luck for her franchising journey throughout Christmas and into the new year.

Your Mortgage Plus offers a high-quality franchise opportunity for people who want to break into the financial services sector. With a total investment under £20,000, entrepreneurs can set up a business with revenue potential of over £100,000 per year.

You can find out more about joining the business by visiting its profile page here at Point Franchise. Just click on the Request Information button to get the ball rolling.
