Food delivery franchise Wiltshire Farm Foods is helping to shed light on Somerset community champions.
Most days, Wiltshire Farm Foods deliver frozen meals to the homes of customers in need across the country. But this December they will be sponsoring a category in the Believe in Somerset awards night that will be held at the Haynes Motor Museum.
Wiltshire Farm Foods will be putting their name on the Community Group of the Year award. Entrants are expected to include neighbourhood alliance, youth groups and pensioners’ clubs.
Louise Hall, Retail Operations Manager at Wiltshire Farm Foods, was proud that the food franchise was doing its bit to celebrate Somerset’s unsung heroes. She said: “It is an honour to sponsor a category at these awards. Wiltshire Farm Foods operates as a business supporting local communities, therefore it is only right that we celebrate others making a real difference in their local areas”.
