Trophy Pet Foods has hosted its 25th National Conference and rewarded its top franchisees.
Trophy Pet Foods named its top franchisees at its 25th National Conference. Led by sales director Sue Reid, the event is a celebration of the hard-working franchisees who have led to 28 years of the brand’s continued success.
The franchised service, which provides a mobile pet food delivery service for pet owners throughout the UK, focused on the people who make its brand a success. Sue Reid explained why the conference and awards are so important to the company.

With our franchisees going from strength to strength, the overall picture is very positive indeed”.
The event saw franchisees from across the country coming together to celebrate. They were able to attend a conference, a plant tour and the hotly anticipated awards ceremony. Franchisees were also given an exclusive look at the company’s new plans for expansion and development for the next year.
The prestigious Franchisee of the Year award was presented to Matthew Cose of Trophy Pet Foods Torbay, his second in his eight years of being a franchisee. There were also awards for Newcomer of the Year, going to Russell Cradduck of Trophy Pet Foods Cheshire & Wrexham, Performance Franchisee 2018 for franchises that saw the best growth and sales, and the 15 year award going to John Thurley of Trophy Pet Food Stafford for keeping his franchise successful for such an impressive length of time.
