The bookkeeping and accounting business, which has grown rapidly since its inception in 1995, recently welcomed new recruits to several different in-house teams.

TaxAssist Accountants has been expanding impressively, even given the circumstances of the past year. With 268 franchises in operation on a global scale, the bookkeeping and accounting franchise shows no signs of slowing down. Recruitment of team members to meet increasing demand has seen new TaxAssist employees join the following in-house teams: Payroll and Tax Consultancy, Technical, Business Development, Global, HR.

The Payroll team has doubled in size, joined by Team Leader Zoe Scarff and Payroll Administrator Katherine Aves. The Tax Consultancy team has welcomed Administration Officer Millie Hendrey and two new Tax Managers - CTA (Chartered Tax Adviser) Victoria Seeley, who will work with this team and the Technical team, and ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) CTA Josh Smith, who will be be focused on the provision of corporate tax advice.

Meanwhile in the Business Development team, Amber Nash and Victoria Morgan have both been recruited. According to TaxAssist Accountants, “Victoria is a qualified marketing professional, with senior management experience in developing and delivering marketing strategies to drive sales and growth, in both B2B and B2C environments.”

Having expanded to the Republic of Ireland, Australia, the USA and Canada, it’s no surprise to see the Global team expanding and welcoming Harry Brown as a Recruitment Officer. And with more franchisees joining up in the UK, too, the Support Centre team has been joined by Group HR Manager Jill Mackman.

To become a TaxAssist Accountants franchisee, you’ll need to make a minimum investment of £39,950. In return for this investment, you’ll receive a comprehensive programme of initial and ongoing training and support.
