Subway super-fans have themed wedding
Two fans of the sandwich franchise have tied the knot with a Subway-themed wedding.
Subway is the largest quick service food outlet in the world. Operating from over 2,500 stores in the UK and Ireland and more than 43,000 in 110 countries, it’s clear that it has a very large and diverse customer base.
But when it comes to super-fans of the sandwich franchise, it’s hard to beat Grace Tran and Davies Duong, who dedicated their special day to honouring the brand.
The Australian couple have been obsessed with the business since they first met seven years ago. So, they decided to get married with a themed green wedding cake and a bouquet of flowers wrapped in its iconic sandwich paper. They treated their guests to Subway’s famous sandwiches and even had a cookie bar for dessert!
On their big day, which took place in Sydney on October 10th, Subway catered for their 100 guests.
Grace said: “Subway has been a part of our relationship for as long as I can remember. We often grab Subway each week as our choice of takeaway and have even eaten it on our anniversary before.”
When it came to choosing the catering for the most important day of their lives, they knew they had to involve the sandwich franchise one way or another.
She continued: “In the lead up to the wedding we've been looking to make healthier choices, so we've been eating more Subway than ever.”
'”That's what we love about Subway, no matter where we are, there is always a restaurant nearby to serve us our favourite subs - Meatball for Davies and Teriyaki Chicken for me.”
