Stonegate, the owner of Slug and Lettuce has topped up its portfolio with the recent acquisition of a Sports Bar & Grill franchise. This recent addition makes a fifth Sport Bar & Grill London bar for its portfolio which spans to 703 sites nationwide – London, Farringdon, Canary Wharf, Waterloo, Marylebone and Victoria. The new Sports Bar & Grill is easily accessible to commuters making it a prime transport site hub. Chief executive of Stonegate, Simon Longbottom says: “This is another excellent bolt-on acquisition for Stonegate which is right in our sweetspot and further consolidates our leading credentials in sports-led entertainment.”
