Home care franchise Right at Home announces the launch of two more franchise territories.
Home care franchise Right at Home is about to welcome two new franchise territories to its network of more than 60 offices in England and Wales. Three new franchise owners have finished their comprehensive training programme at the head office in Merseyside.
They are now eagerly waiting the launch of their Right at Home franchise units in the Aylesbury Vale & Chiltern and Chichester & Bognor Regis territories.
Let’s now take a closer look at the excited new franchise owners and their journeys to their new positions.
Giles Ellerton will be in charge of the Aylesbury Vale & Chiltern office. He waved goodbye to a successful career with BT so he could open the doors of a successful care business.

Nathan and Natalie Jane East are the husband and wide team from West Sussex that will run the Chichester & Bognor Regis territory. Nathan’s former role in online recruitment for care staff sparked his interest in becoming a Right at Home franchise owner. While Natalie Jane is a former director at Harper Collins, and will bring her expertise to lead the operations and compliance side of the business.
Natalie said: “Our goals coming into home care have always been to provide a quality local service to our community; to be a trusted partner and be transparent in everything we do.
“We decided on Right at Home because of the network’s focus on trust and quality in everything it does. The many awards and accolades are testament to a network working together and getting it right.”
