Revive! Auto Innovations has been recognised for the strength of its online marketing efforts at an influential industry award.
Revive! Celebrated a big win for its team at the 2019 Franchise Marketing Awards, where it took home the award for the Best Online Marketing Campaign. The car franchise took a fresh look at its marketing earlier this year, incorporating local reviews from consumer review site TrustPilot across its marketing campaign.
This put the focus of its customer marketing campaign on the strength of its franchisees’ excellent customer service, and ensured that its B2C marketing materials were all part of a cohesive strategy to showcase nearly 5,000 glowing reviews praising Revive!’s excellent services.
The awards were held at the NEC on the 4th October, following on from a fantastic day at the National Franchise Exhibition. On the judging panel were Pip Wilkins, Chief Executive of the BFA, and Donna King, Franchise Director at HSBC, among other respected franchise professionals, who made the decision about which franchises deserved recognition.
Elliot Clarkson and Sarah Pritchard from Revive!’s marketing team collected the accolade on the evening from Pip Wilkins. Speaking about the fantastic title the car franchise has worked hard to secure, Franchise Director Cathryn Hayes said:
"We’re delighted to win this award in a field of very strong contestants. Our marketing team worked really hard to deliver the Trustpilot platform to our franchisees because it’s a great way for us to live up to our value of outstanding customer service.
