SMART repair franchise Revive! completes its largest resale to date at the Luton branch

Revive! Luton is changing hands for an impressive amount now the previous owner has decided to follow his dreams and go travelling with his family. Adam Smith, previous Revive! Luton franchisee, bought the franchise back in 2009. With lots of hard work and dedication, he grew his business from one man and a van to operating a fleet of 11 vans and employing 13 people. The deal has been five months in the making and the new owner is quantity surveyor Viresh Dattani.

Dattani was first introduced to the seller by Franchise Resales. After making it past Revive!’s rigorous vetting process, he completed the comprehensive training course at the Revive! Academy in Luton. Both Smith and Dattani will work together to make sure the handover period runs smoothly.

Revive! Franchise Director Cathryn Hayes commented:

Managing Director Mark Llewellyn visited Luton to congratulate both on the completion of the sale.

Dattani continued:

“I am delighted to join the Revive! team and excited about the opportunity to build the business further. I’ve got to know Adam well during the negotiations, he’s built a great team at Revive! Luton and I’m looking forward to getting to know the staff and customers over the coming months.”

Smith added:

“I’m very proud of what we’ve achieved at Revive! Luton, after I started the franchise working from a single van. After 10 years of hard work building it up, I’m looking forward to spending time travelling with my partner and our young daughter and the sale of the business has given us the freedom to take this step.”
