Regus expands its reach with a new, large office space in Bournemouth.

Workers who value flexible workspaces in Bournemouth now have a fresh, new office to use. The workspace is located in Oxford Point, a new student accommodation building housing almost 500 students from Bournemouth University and Arts University Bournemouth. Three floors of the building are dedicated workspaces which benefit from their own entrance.

The building was officially opened last September by Europa Generation the merging of Europa Capital and Generation Student for the Europa Generation Student Fund. Regus has signed a ten-year lease on the office space for £582,676 per year and will be able to lengthen the contract by another five years if desired.

Workers who take advantage of the flexible workspace centre will benefit from 63 car parking spaces, making the central office a convenient place to work.

Steve Holloway, Regus UK Network Development Director, explained why the new office space is so important:

"As flexible working continues to grow rapidly across the country, this new centre will offer something new to the areas businesses, benefitting everyone from local entrepreneurs to the larger businesses that call Bournemouth home."

Europa Generation is delighted to have been able to let the whole space to Regus, as Tim Turnbull, a partner of Europa Generation, stated:

"To have let the entirety of office space at this asset in Bournemouth is an important milestone. We are pleased to be providing the space for Regus first business centre in this location as part of their overall expansion. This letting also demonstrates Europa Generations ability to successfully execute the asset management of ancillary uses within the Fund to underpin the generation of attractive returns for our investors."

The popularity of flexible work spaces is expected to rise over the coming years as more and more people aim to accommodate a good work-life balance, making the B2B franchise, Regus a lucrative business opportunity for prospective franchisees.
