Flexible workspace brand, Regus is the latest franchise to join the Point Franchise network.

Regus is now affiliated with Point Franchise to bring its highly successful business model to more investors across the world. Regus aims to enable people and businesses to work where they want, when they want and how they want. Flexible workspaces are at the core of this objective, giving workers access to high-quality, fully-furnished spaces which can be used for a myriad of purposes, including meetings, pitches, presentations, interviews and even staff training and development sessions.

Regus has been around since its launch in Brussels in 1989. Now, the Switzerland-based franchise provides offices across the globe. In fact, it has grown to become the largest network of workspaces and co-working spaces in the world, with 3,300 offices in 1,100 towns and cities across 110 countries.

These spaces are deemed flexible because they are multi-purpose and easy to acquire at a moments notice - wherever you are working. With a membership costing between £84 and £188 per month (depending on how the facilities are used by each client), workers can book sessions at individual workspace centres online. Clients are even offered a ten percent discount on room bookings made via the MyRegus app.

Entrepreneurs and businesses are using flexible workspaces more and more in order to avoid many of the issues that can be thrown up by traditional office spaces. These can include the fixed tenancy period and dull nature of many privately-owned office blocks. Individuals who would ordinarily work alone can avoid being distracted and lonely at home by renting a desk or room with a business address and telephone number in a local flexible workspace with a working community around them.

With increasing numbers of businesses noting the advantages of flexible workspaces, the sector is expanding, boosting revenue potential for B2B franchises looking to increase their reach.
