Raison Home has recruited a new managing director with ambitious goals for the business.

The international kitchen franchise, and its chairman Laurent Raison, are excited to welcome the new recruit into the network and look forward to achieving positive growth over the coming years.

Vincent Jung is to join the franchise, and aims to triple the business’s turnover to reach €100 million (around £85 million). He also intends to help Raison Home recruit its 200th franchisee before 2025.

With its new managing director on board, Raison Home now intends to recruit a further 25 new designers in 2021 to strengthen its existing network. It also hopes to expand its 100-strong network of branches into the UK and Belgium with Vincent’s expertise.

Despite the challenges of the global pandemic, Raison Home has had reason to celebrate over the past year. In fact, it marked its 20th anniversary with a total rebrand. The franchise changed its name from Cuisines Raison to Raison Home to support its expansion from kitchen-based work into other areas of home design.

Plus, the network has improved its communication strategies and brand awareness by proposing a nationwide campaign on the French television TF1 channels and increasing its social media presence.

Throughout 2020, the franchise showed visible signs of expansion, welcoming 17 new franchisees, who launched branches in new territories.

The franchisor also continued to support its existing business partners in the face of the coronavirus pandemic, helping them adapt when necessary. Raison Home investors benefitted from online training and a virtual convention helping them to stay positive and motivated. The franchise also provided support in the form of administrative follow-up, and worked with franchisees to continue projects at a distance with the use of new tools.
