Raison Home has announced a rise in demand for its products during the Covid-19 pandemic.

At a time when businesses have seen huge changes in consumer behaviour, franchises offering online services and home-focussed products have been able to increase their profits. The home improvement and construction franchise Raison Home, which works in kitchen, bedroom and bathroom design, has noticed a significant jump in demand among customers.

In Belgium, the franchise network grew by more than 400 percent in 2020.

As people spend more time in their homes, it’s only natural property owners want to make changes and improve the style, standard and practicality of their current spaces. Now, people all over the world are looking for easier ways to upgrade their surroundings without having to travel.

Raison Home doesn’t operate from physical stores, so it has been able to cater to consumers who have been searching for property renovation services online. The business offers ‘at-home’ design consultations, during which its representatives collaborate with customers to create a comprehensive plan for their projects, including everything from room layouts to specific products.

The franchise has been in operation for over two decades and sees a combined yearly sales total of more than £30 million. Across Europe, there are over 100 franchisees representing the brand and installing more than 4,000 new kitchens every year. Impressively, 70 percent of its leads are generated through customer recommendations.

Raison Home is currently on the lookout for new investors to set up additional branded units in the UK. If you’d like to benefit from the franchise’s rapid growth, you should get in touch with the company through its profile page, linked above. You’ll need to be prepared to invest around £40,000 and you can expect to make a turnover of up to £360,000 within three years.
