Radfield Home Care has welcomed a new franchisee, who will be based in the Camberley region of Surrey.
Richard Gordon has over a decade of experience as a registered care manager for a national brand. For several years, he’d considered launching his own business, and decided to become his own boss with the backing of Radfield Home Care.
Now, Richard is the proud owner of his home care franchise unit, which has a territory covering Camberley, Farnborough and Fleet.
The new franchisee explained why the pandemic prompted him to invest:
“I’d considered taking the next step for two to three years, which seemed like a natural progression from my role as a registered care manager.
“But, whilst being at the forefront during the coronavirus outbreak in 2020 - reacting to changes, implementing protective measures and working with community partners more - my passion to offer my own service to my local community became stronger than ever.”
The new franchisee was impressed with Radfield Home Care’s “sense of family”, “strong team ethic” and “innovative systems”, which, he explained, “promote a more streamlined way of managing care”.
Richard will also be able to take advantage of the business’s new income streams and technology trials, designed to help investors boost their revenue, client satisfaction levels and carer wellbeing.
