It was only a few weeks ago that Radfield Home Care expanded the home care franchise business in Epsom and Leatherhead. Recently, it welcomed a new franchisee into the fold who will be tending to the Guildford & Godalming territory. Paul Bailey is the new director and business owner for this area, ready to take on the challenges that await him.
Paul ran a successful retail business in South Africa from 2018 to 2021, which is when he sold it to return to his home in the UK. Excited to start something new, he joined Radfield Home Care to provide caring services to the elderly right here in his home country.
Here are Paul’s thoughts as he embarks on his new quest:
“The care industry offers me the opportunity to give back to my community in Surrey, who have been extremely welcoming to my family and I since we returned from living overseas in 2021. My focus of developing a team of caring, kind and empathetic Care Professionals is top of mind, whilst ensuring they are provided with the training, development and remuneration opportunities for such an important profession in the industry.”
Now, Paul is ready to become more people-focused compared to how the corporate world works. While there was mostly a concentration on working as a team to meet team objectives, working with the elderly gives him a more personal approach. He will still have a small team, driven to make sure the needs of the seniors in Guildford & Godalming are taken care of in a professional manner.
