Papa Johnís has introduced a brand-new range of pizzas that are suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

The updated menu now includes five pizzas, four sides and a dessert that are all vegan-friendly. Consumers can choose from Jackfruit ďPepperoniĒ, American Hot Jackfruit, Vegan Sausage & ďPepperoniĒ and The Vegan Works, which includes mushrooms, peppers and black olives. The final option, Vegan Sheese & Tomato, uses the plant-based cheese substitute, Sheese, to create a Margherita alternative.

Hungry customers can top up their order with a side of Cauli Wings, Vegan Sheese Potato Tots (with optional Jalapenos) or Vegan Sheese & Marmite Scrolls. And Ben & Jerryís famous Coconutterly Caramelíd non-dairy ice cream is there to round the meal off.

The introduction of these new food options is part of a move by Papa Johnís to improve its vegetarian and vegan selection. The pizza franchise has even appointed a dedicated Chief Vegan Officer, Clare Every, to develop a number of tasty new plant-based options.

Every said:

"Weíre so excited to launch the extended vegan offering at Papa Johnís and weíre expecting the new additions to the menu to be a huge hit with pizza lovers across the nation.Ē

Vegan fans of Papa Johnís will be pleased to hear that thereís plenty more to come, as Every explained:

ďWith recipe innovation at the core of the brand, and more people than ever adopting a vegan lifestyle, the latest launches are only just the beginning, with lots more exciting and innovative dishes launching later in the year.Ē

Papa Johnís has been serving up delicious pizzas since it was launched in Jeffersonville, IN, over 30 years ago. Today, there are more than 5,000 branches in 45 countries across the world.
