One Element has been named as one of the most exciting outdoor fitness classes to take part in this Summer.

Fitness franchise One Element has been recognised as one of the most exciting ways to keep fit during the long, hot days of summer.

An article in Spectators LIFE magazine took a fun look at how fitness fans can keep their tans topped up while getting themselves in top shape. It named One Element as one of the most exciting ways to keep fit in London and praised the things that it offers members beyond just a challenging workout.

One Element was recognised for its intense classes, which take members through everything from weightlifting to yoga in one of Londons pretty green spaces. However, what made One Element stand out to the writer of the article was the emphasis that it puts on the social element of its classes. It noted that members of a One Element al fresco fitness club often meet up for drinks or go for coffee or a well-deserved brunch following their tough workout.

This was something that founder of One Element wanted to make a central part of the fitness franchise, as he recognised the positive effect that making fitness social can have. As part of pre-season rugby training for a top club, he saw that both the motivating impact of being part of a team increased each persons fitness and happiness in equal measure and offered something different to the solitude of a gym workout.

One Element goes beyond just encouraging its members to meet after classes, as it also hosts lots of events throughout the year. Some of the events in this years social calendar include a weekend away in the South Downs, which will include live music and a hog roast, as well as a trip to Mount Everest in November.
