ActionCOACH has launched a brand new ‘Firm Builder’ franchise opportunity to help increase brand awareness across the UK.
ActionCOACH has remodelled its franchise to save businesses after discovering that less than 5% of business owners were aware of the best system to grow your business in the world.
Business coaching franchise ActionCOACH decided to employ a complete brand-remodelling in terms of how its franchises break through to a wider market of business owners. Its decision was sparked by a survey which found that 9 out of 10 businesses were not aware of the franchise’s services, despite its large network and its solid reputation.
This lack of awareness fuelled ActionCOACH to push harder towards its goal of the UK of Abundance Through Business Re-education and World-Class Coaching. During the next quarter’s conference, it developed a new way to run the franchise with feedback from franchise partners, which was approved by ActionCOACH founder Brad Sugars. In 2018, 30 new franchise partners had joined the 200 the business had already welcomed, and the new franchise model focused on offering further support for the partners.
The way in which the new model works is by using a map containing at least 10,000 active UK businesses, which has been set up by Tech4T. Each franchise partner can invest in development rights. This effectively lets every business owner know about the support available to them on behalf of ActionCOACH to develop their business in the way they intended.
Ian Christelow, co-founder of the franchise, explains that although the working hours for partners are short and flexible and they earn a generous income, it was still the case that “even with 200 franchise partners across the UK, we had penetrated less than 1% of the market for our services and generated very little in the way of brand awareness”.
The new model also means that it offers free one-to-one mentoring on behalf of the ActionCOACH master-coach team to ensure that the partners are fully supported. And best of all, it entails a 90:10 revenue split so that partners have a wealthy budget to market their services to businesses and gain more clientele themselves.
Christelow adds that a survey run by Workbuzz shows that “ActionCOACH’s clients are more likely to recommend an Action Coach than an Apple customer is to recommend an iPhone! Who wouldn’t want to build a business that can make that kind of impact?"
ActionCOACH is making even more desirable changes to its franchise to offer its partners even more success when investing in the company.
