Minuteman Press used Drytac’s Viziprint Illuminate product to complete the work for CBD supplier Goodbody Botanicals.
The retailer asked Minuteman Press to create and install a selection of different graphics across its two stores in Bristol and Bath. The signage was developed to provide customers with information about the business’s private coronavirus testing service, which it recently introduced.
Minuteman Press also installed graphics encouraging customers to wear face masks, use hand sanitiser and maintain social distancing. In addition, the signage promoted the government’s track and trace app as a method of minimising the spread of the virus. Goodbody Botanicals also wanted to reinforce the main coronavirus symptoms and the importance of taking a test for ‘peace of mind’.
Kieran Blacknall, Minuteman Press Bath’s large-format manager, described using Drytac’s Viziprint Illuminate product for the job:
"The client was looking for a solution to convey the new testing service at their clinics. We looked at various options, including lightboxes, but all proved to be very costly in comparison to the Viziprint Illuminate media by Drytac.
"Goodbody Botanicals have spotlights positioned behind every window, so we decided a media with backlit properties would perform best and have the biggest impact, particularly during the winter months.”
After the project had been completed, the team were pleased with the result. Kieran said,

The innovative product has a bright white base and diffuses light across the display, which helps enhance eye-catching decals, stickers and other graphics. Plus, it looks great during the day and night.
