IWG has opened its first franchised office in the UK’s capital and will start welcoming franchisees soon.
Workspace provider Regus, franchised by world-leading workspace franchise IWG, is launching its first ever franchised office space in Southgate, London with the help of property developer SME Properties Ltd.
The North-London location, which is comprised of five floors, offers a variety of exciting benefits such as prime location on the high street with shops and restaurants in easy reach, as well as parking on site and 24-hour access for its occupants.
