IWG has opened its first franchised office in the UK’s capital and will start welcoming franchisees soon.

Workspace provider Regus, franchised by world-leading workspace franchise IWG, is launching its first ever franchised office space in Southgate, London with the help of property developer SME Properties Ltd.

The North-London location, which is comprised of five floors, offers a variety of exciting benefits such as prime location on the high street with shops and restaurants in easy reach, as well as parking on site and 24-hour access for its occupants. Members will also be able to enjoy the perfect office space for their business to work in, which includes everything from phone alcoves, meeting spaces and business lounges to high-speed Wi-Fi.

Let’s not forget its ideal location: half an hour’s tube journey away from central London’s Piccadilly Circus, making rendezvous with clients simple and stress-free.

The demand for flexible workspace is increasing and Regus has taken its first big step into the world of franchising, meaning the company is expanding at the perfect time.

Franchisees can trust in Regus for expert advice thanks to the company’s invaluable experience over its 30-year life in areas such as marketing, operations and customer satisfaction, not to mention the promising returns they’ll receive upon investing.

Regus’ prospective franchisees don’t end there. The company has teamed up with six other businesses and expects to open 50 new locations within the next three years.

Head of International Workplace Group’s UK Franchise division Julian Chambers said:

“This new centre will offer something fresh for Southgate’s growing community of local businesses, whilst being in the perfect location to attract companies from further afield.”

He added that “Projections show that 30% of corporate real estate could be flexible workspace by 2030, up from 2% today,” demonstrating how lucrative the Regus franchise could become.

UK CEO of Regus adds that he is also delighted with the launch and adds that they are “looking forward to seeing the benefits our partnership with SME Properties Ltd will bring to businesses in the local area.”
