The Hooters Calendar Girls have been spreading seasonal cheer to children across the state of Florida.
Spreading goodwill to those who are less fortunate is one of the most rewarding parts of the holiday season and the Hooters Calendar Girls have been spreading cheer to poorly and disadvantaged children across Florida.
The glamourous girls spent time with sick and underprivileged kids across the state, calling into two sites to cheer up the children with fun activities. Their first stop was the His House Children’s Home in Miami Gardens, which is a non-profit, faith-based foster home that helps to change the lives of children who have had difficult beginnings. The women of the restaurant franchise’s calendar popped in to say hello and spent time handing out gift bags, as well as playing fun games and decorating Christmas cookies with the children.
Their next stop was the Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital in Hollywood, Florida. Again, the kind-hearted Hooters Calendar Girls spent their time cheering up the sick children and let them experience festive joy with their gift bags and fun Christmas activities.
The women were all part of the coveted Hooters Calendar Girls club, which showcases the most confident and glamourous Hooters women in a high-quality calendar. As well as looking good, it’s clear the women also have great hearts, as their charitable Christmassy visits no doubt cheered the children up.
Hooters has around 500 sites across more than 120 countries around the globe and is an American icon thanks to its Hooters Girls, who are known for their service and style. Its menu includes tasty bar snacks like its legendary wings, deliciously juicy burgers and decadent desserts, which can be washed down with one of its huge range of refreshing beers. What started as an April Fool’s Day joke by six businessmen back in the 80s has grown into one of the world’s most iconic restaurant franchises.
