Eddie Rocketís introduces Vegan treats
Eddie Rocketís is the latest restaurant and fast-casual establishment to introduce a plant-based option to its menu.
American diners and burgers arenít the first things that come to mind when thinking about where to eat as a vegan. But Eddie Rocketís newest offering is a 100 percent plant-based burger, right down to the fluffy bun and tasty cheese, making it even easier to eat without meat.
Its brand-new summer menu will include the new ĎBeyond Burgerí as well as a range of sweet, fruity smoothies to accompany its diner-style menu.
The ĎBeyond Burgerí is a vegan beef-style patty thatís known for its similarity to the taste and texture of real beef. Topped with vegan Ďcheeseí and nestled between two vegan friendly buns, itís a tasty choice for those who choose not to eat meat. Itís reported to taste just as good as the franchiseís delicious beef burgers and itís hoped that vegetarians, vegans and those looking to eat less meat will enjoy the newest addition to the menu.
Eddie Rocketís Managing Director, Adrian Crean, explained what motivated the burger franchise to introduce the new vegan option.
ďWe are introducing a great tasting vegan burger as we continue to provide relevant choices for our customers. They have told us they want to try something different and the Beyond Burger Ė which is already a massive international success Ė is the answer.Ē
