The Drain Doctor franchise’s team has grown a huge amount in the past few years, and now the plumbing franchise has relocated its headquarters from Redditch to a state-of-the-art facility in Bromsgrove to accomodate a need for new space. In the words of Regional Director Mike Baddeley, "Moving to our upgraded office space in Bromsgrove was pre-meditated for some time but, due to the rapid growth of the business, we have relocated earlier than planned.”
Mike went on to express that the entire Drain Doctor Birmingham and Worcester team was “happy with the outcome and reward” for all their hard work, and said, “The new facilities are an excellent indicator of how we value our staff members and the bright future we have ahead. We needed an upgrade, as we had outgrown our old office space based in Redditch. We required a larger facility, as we recruited more team members and invested in more equipment.”
As the franchise has grown, the central Drain Doctor support team has always been “incredibly supportive” and Mike credited their marketing strategy as “the catalyst for a fantastic return on [his] investment. He said, “Since Drain Doctor’s brand transformation and the launch of their digital-first approach strategy, I've been diligently tracking the performance.
