Chock Shop’s Staffordshire franchisees have praised the business after it welcomed them into its network.
The dessert franchise has clearly impressed investors Hardeep and Berinder, who recently launched their business unit in Staffordshire. They’ve been quick to praise the company’s supportive culture and high-quality systems. The pair wrote:
“[We] wanted to say a huge thank you for welcoming us into the Chock Shop family. We love the ethos of Chock Shop, the passion, flair and fun!”
The franchisees were particularly impressed by the franchise’s approach to training. They continued,
“You welcomed our girls to training, helping them feel like valued members of Chock Shop too. They had lots of fun and feel involved with the business, which is what we wanted in anything we were looking to take on.”
They also only had positive comments when it came to the content of the training scheme:
“We feel the training you provided was very extensive and thorough, giving us the tools and confidence to move forward with booking events and attending them… and the support doesn’t stop there! Questions and queries have been coming up while booking events and liaising with event organisers. You have all been super supportive, answering every one and remaining approachable.”
Hardeep and Berinder are pleased to have discovered the Chock Shop franchise opportunity, and have said they know it’s the right one for them. They love the family-friendly feel of the entire network, as well as its flexibility, which allows them to tailor their work schedule to their personal lives.
