Van-based franchise ChipsAway is celebrating its strongest quarter ever
ChipsAway is the originator of the SMART (Small to Medium Area Repair Technology) repair process. It’s delighted to announce that it has just experienced its strongest quarter ever, with leads up almost 14 percent compared to the same time last year.
Remarkable, isn’t it? Given that the COVID-19 crisis has caused a magnitude of challenges for businesses both in the UK and across the globe.
Between June and August, the van-based franchise distributed more than 81,000 leads to its 200-strong franchise network. This equates to more than 400 leads per engineer. The three months of the quarter have resulted in the business’s first, second and sixth-best months in its 26-year history.
But how has it managed to achieve this? Well, it introduced a new marketing campaign that proved incredibly successful. And this, combined with the relaxing of the lockdown restrictions, meant that there was a higher demand for its top-notch services.
ChipsAway’s Marketing Director, Robin Auld commented:
We were anticipating a record period in our company history following a very successful month in July, and are delighted that this surge in demand for our service continued throughout August to give us our best quarter ever.
Our aggressive marketing campaigns raised the profile of the brand just as lockdown restrictions were easing, which has resulted in us being able to provide our franchisees more leads for their businesses than ever before.
Meanwhile, we have seen an increase in enquiries for ChipsAway from people who’ve been made redundant and are thinking about becoming a franchisee.
