With over a decade of real estate experience under his belt, Jason recently launched Corley’s Century 21, operating in and around Banbury.
Jason grew up in Banbury, in the Woodfield area. Of his investment with the estate agency and property franchise, he said, “I have been selling houses in Banbury and surrounding villages for the last 15 years for a corporate agent but felt like I had more to offer. I look after my customers like they are family.” Century 21 offered Jason the chance to up his game and focus on the work, which is a true passion for him.
Right now, Corley’s Century 21 is running a celebratory post-launch sales promotion: If Jason can’t sell a customer’s property in the first 90 days of marketing, the fee will be halved. If they prefer, customers can also opt to pay a flat fee of £3,000 plus VAT regardless of house price. To quote Jason, “I pride myself on giving the best service to my clients and getting them the best price.”
