The Aspray survey by Workbuzz covered five key areas: training and support, the franchise system, culture and relationships, leadership, and general satisfaction. If a company wants to win this award, it needs to attain a high average across all of these fields. With a fantastic score of 84% satisfaction, it managed to be 16% more than the industry average.
