ActionCOACH is rolling out a brand-new online platform that will allow its clients to visually track their progress towards their professional goals.
It can be tricky to measure progress without seeing some kind of visual representation of how far you’ve come. And ActionCOACH is doing just that, with the introduction of its new online portal. An intuitive business dashboard has been added to the franchise’s online toolkit, which will allow clients to set themselves new goals, track progress and communicate with their local ActionCOACH franchisee all in one place.
Paul Henshall, CEO of ActionCOACH’s operations in Australia and New Zealand, outlined how the new portal will change the game for the business coaching franchise’s clients.
“Using the portal, our clients can quite literally see their business goals coming to life. Our clients are able to set goals, monitor trends and performance in alignment with these goals, and stay in constant contact with their ActionCOACH.”
He explained how having a visual representation of their goals will help ActionCOACH’s clients continually move towards them.
“It is widely accepted that tabulating your goals is the first step towards staying focused and achieving them. When you are focused on what you are doing, know where to direct your energy, and can see your progress, you are more likely to achieve what you have set out to do. The online coaching portal was designed to help clients remain clearly focused on their goals and stay on track.”
Henshall elaborated on how the portal will help ActionCOACH’s network offer its clients an even better service.
“Similar to popular exercise-tracking platforms such as Strava, our portal allows our clients to set tasks and goals, engage with their coaches and other members, track their progress in alignment with their goals, and get daily insights into business performance.
