ActionCOACH has released the results of its 2020 client satisfaction survey, which asked customers to rate their interactions with the franchise.
The research, which was completed in September by independent agency WorkBuzz, revealed a high proportion of customers would be happy to recommend ActionCOACH to friends and corporate partners. In fact, 97 percent of people who had used the business coaching franchise’s services in the past would endorse them.
ActionCOACH was keen to gauge their clients’ responses across a range of different areas, so it also included questions about their experience with the franchise and their progress over time. According to the satisfaction survey, 97 percent of the brand’s clients said their ‘action coach’ makes a positive difference to their business.
Meanwhile, 90 percent of clients that have used ActionCOACH for five or more years agreed they had a better work life balance now than they did before.
The franchise’s customers are quick to praise its strategies. Leanne Parratt of MDM Vehicle Deliveries Ltd is just one client who has described the positive impact ActionCOACH has had on her business.
“We have grown as a business by over 50 percent. The business is more organised and I have so much more confidence in our values, service levels and KPIs. I can now clearly see where the business is heading.”
What’s more, the results of the satisfaction survey have shown ActionCOACH has a world class level of client advocacy. It received a net promoter score of 78, which puts it above some of the world’s biggest companies. AirBnB has a score of 43, while DHL has 38. Apple Phones only has a rating of 51, and even the hotel company Ritz-Carlton ranks lower than ActionCOACH, at 70.
