With a LighterLife Franchise, you’ll make a real difference to people’s lives, being there to guide and support them at every stage of their weight loss. The Franchise role has been available for over 20 years and in that time the company has helped over 300,000 people lose weight and start living the life they want. As a LighterLife Mentor you’ll be in complete control of your career, running your business on your own terms, in your own time and being your own boss. What’s more, you’ll have real flexibility to work as many hours as suits you and fit those hours in around whatever else you have going on, so you can run the franchise alongside existing work or give it your all and make it a full time role!

It is estimated that 23.5m million people in the UK will be obese or overweight by 2025, each with their own reasons for being overweight. LighterLife enables clients to lose weight quickly and safely whilst discovering a whole new way of living. As a mentor, you’ll help them choose the right plan for their weight loss and weight maintenance goals and support them each week throughout their journey. You’ll also refer them to a weekly telephone group led by a fully trained LighterLife Counsellor.

You’ll follow a comprehensive training package, developed by professionals with years of experience and knowledge of the weight-loss industry behind them, tailored to running a successful franchise. You’ll receive everything to provide you with the skills you need to start develop and grow your LighterLife Franchise. We know you’ll want to get up and running as quickly as possible so the online training package is available to you as soon as you sign up. ‘The Hub’ (our training website) is available 24/7 so you can fit your training in around your other commitments and you progress at times that suits you. Your online training is supplemented with webinars and coaching sessions led by dedicated LighterLife professionals and will provide you with a training and operations manual for those quick reference moments.

There’s a fantastic team at LighterLife’s Central Office supporting the ever-expanding Franchise network. The team are passionate and dedicated to helping others to make an amazing difference to so many lives, and are comprised of experts and talent in each department– ranging from highly qualified scientists and nutritionists to IT professionals with decades of experience in the business.

You’ll be fully prepared and well equipped to launch and grow your business confidently. Training, ongoing business support and a wide range of resources are available when you become part of LighterLife . You will be supported every step of the way by the Central Office teams.
